Salary and incentive package will be commensurate with candidate experience.</p><p>Chemspire offers medical, dental, and health insurance benefits and a 401k plan, as well as a competitive compensation package&nbsp;including incentives.</p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>This is a full-time, exempt hybrid role for an Inside Sales &amp; Support Representative, located in Boonton, NJ. The Representative&nbsp; supports our field sales team, focusing on the management, retention, and growth of existing house accounts, and lead generation. Chemicals industry experience is essential.</p><p><br>The Representative is responsible for building and maintaining relationships, entering contacts, samples, quotes and opportunities in the Dynamics CRM system, and understanding market conditions.&nbsp; This role is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, growth-oriented candidate passionate about commodity and specialty chemical ingredients and the personal care, food, and industrial markets. As a smaller company, Chemspire requires all team members to be nimble and able to "wear multiple hats," and in return, we offer hands-on training and deep product and industry exposure to build technical sales expertise.&nbsp; This position reports to the President.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul>  <li>Coordinate and lead monthly/quarterly business      reviews on house accounts. Monitor sales performance. Contact customer      service/client to identify shortfalls in sales and correct as necessary  </li><li>Proactive communication and support with assigned      accounts to increase maintain/increase sales, drive email blasts  </li><li>Review customer purchasing histories to gain insight      and opportunities for penetration and growth. Monitor Power BI based      performance metrics and sales scorecards  </li><li>Utilize Dynamics CRM system to document, track and      manage all account related activities including quotes, sample and      notes/correspondence  </li><li>Perform lead follow up and verification (UL      prospector)  </li><li>Work with customer service to maintain key      procurement personnel.  </li><li>Align with sales team and management on initiatives      to target and develop key house accounts (mailers, emails blasts,      webinars)  </li><li>Manage 3rd party sample distribution company (CMC      warehouse)  </li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications </strong>  </p><ul>  <li>BA/BS from accredited institution  </li><li>2-5 years’ experience in sales, inside sales/support  </li><li>Ability to handle /maintain/retain large amounts of      information</li><li>Highly organized, with an entrepreneurial spirit</li><li>Able to work both independently and in a team</li><li>Punctual,&nbsp;responsible, professional, personable, and dedicated</li><li>Persuasive, adaptable, resilient,&nbsp;likable, motivated, and goal-driven</li><li>Welcomes responsibility while being&nbsp;accountable&nbsp;and&nbsp;dependable</li><li>Thinks quickly and precisely in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li><li>Demonstrates commitment to&nbsp;integrity&nbsp;in business practices</li><li>Excellent communication and computer skills</li><li>Experience in Dynamics or related CRM systems      (required)</li><li>MUST be comfortable with connecting with customers      and building relationships via phone, Teams meetings, and in person      presentations. </li></ul><p><em>We are an equal employment opportunity employer. This position is full-time, exempt, hybrid and field-based. Successful candidates will be comfortable with a busy schedule of weekly video calls, daily phone and online reporting requirements, and connecting with Customers and Potential Customers.</p><p>The Representative is responsible for learning and understanding customer's product and process&nbsp;objectives and help them use our specialty and commodity offerings to create lasting competitive advantage and value. The Representative is responsible for calling on current accounts and new accounts ranging from small private businesses to multi-national marketers while the team handles the logistics.
